From Upper NW...
* Travel south on Connecticut Ave.
* Continue south past the National Zoo (which will be on your left).
* After you cross the Taft Bridge, prepare to make a left at the second intersection onto Wyoming Avenue.
* Continue on Wyoming for 1 1/2 blocks.
*The Altamont will be your left at the corner of 20th Street & Wyoming Avenue.
From Downtown DC...
* Travel north on Connecticut Avenue, proceed up towards the Washington Hilton Hotel (which will be on your right).
* The hotel is located right at the bottom-most tip of Kalorama. At this point, Columbia Road converges with Connecticut Avenue. Prepare to veer right onto Columbia Road, passing the hotel.
* First left onto 20th Street.
* At stop sign, make the first right onto Wyoming Avenue.
* The Altamont will be on your left at the corner of 20th Street & Wyoming Avenue.
From VA or MD via the Beltway...
* Take 495 to Exit 33
(Route 185, Connecticut Ave./Kensington-Chevy Chase Exit.)
* If coming from the inner-loop of the beltway, make a right at the end of the exit ramp, heading towards Chevy Chase.
* If coming from the outer-loop of the beltway, make a left at the end of the exit ramp, heading towards Chevy Chase.
* Stay on Connecticut Ave. for approximately 7 miles.
* After you pass the National Zoo (which will be on your left), you'll pass over Taft Bridge.
* After crossing the bridge, prepare to make a left at the second intersection onto Wyoming Avenue.
* Continue on Wyoming for 1 1/2 blocks.
*The Altamont will be your left at the corner of 20th Street & Wyoming Avenue.
